To achieve this double objective, innovation labs use different methodologies and organize collaborative workshops. Several studies have analyzed the impact of collaborative workshops on innovative projects, demonstrating the emergence of a greater number of original ideas and the reduction of time to market. However, there are few studies on the impact of workshops on the sustainable improvement of the participants&rsquo; way of working. The purpose of this research is to study the correlation between the feelings during the workshops and the sustainable improvement of the way of working in the months and years that follow. We show that the workshops have a long-term effect on the participants&rsquo; way of working.
